The NTPC Executives' Federation of India (NEFI) is the apex representative body for over 13,000 executives at NTPC Ltd. NEFI actively represents member interests regarding service conditions, pay revisions, and promotes employee welfare.

It has also historically opposed the privatization of NTPC Ltd and government stake dilution below 51%.
